Matt McKernon Heating & Air, LLC is a small HVAC company that has been continuously growing due to our reputation and outstanding performance in the industry, with over 20 years experience. We're currently looking to add another team member to assist our installation and service workforce, to keep up with our ongoing customer demand.

Qualifications and Skills
* A valid drivers license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
* Clean and neat appearance
* Knowledge in the HVAC industry
* Mechanically inclined with excellent troubleshooting skills
* Must be able to meet physical demands and safety lift 100+lbs with use of proper devices and additional man power
* Ability to continuously climb ladders and stairs, balance, kneel, crouch and crawl
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow with our company
* Demonstrate willingness to invest time into trainings and courses to advance within our company
* Ability to follow safety guidelines
* Ability to follow written and verbal directions
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Respect for other peoples property

Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times
* Assist with installations of furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, air handlers, heat pumps, mini split systems, hot water heaters
* Assist with installations of copper line sets, gas lines, drain lines, wirings, venting
* Assist with building duct work, duct plenums, return stands, split stands
* Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct problems on HVAC systems as needed
* Operate various industry related tools required to complete the jobs
* Operate company vehicle in accordance with company policies and traffic laws
* Help maintain clean and well kept company vehicles
* Monitor inventory and tools on service vehicles and in warehouse
* Load and unload equipment in and out of company vehicles and in and out of customers homes
* Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after service and installations
* Attend and participate in any required job training, certifications, safety meetings and informational seminars as requested
* Communicate accurately and honestly at all times
* Report any problems or incidents promptly to supervisor
* Maintain confidentiality and respect of all our customers homes and personal property

Pay is negotiable based on HVAC knowledge and experience.
